Tom, I would like to thank you for your excellent service and those in
the shop (please let them know) that were very friendly and helpful in
loading my order. Although my exit from Queens was not as easy as my
entrance I did make it home safely and sound. ( I wish I was a foot
shorter though)
I set the two multifunction scaffolds up including the
outriggers and all was in order. The casters are better than I expected.
So far I am very pleased. Feel free to use me as a reference should you
have a small retail buyer that may be hestitant about buying sight
unseen!

to keep the shipping cost low. We ship your order from the
closet warehouse to you to save shipping cost. We generally get
at least 2, or 3 shipping quotes from different LTL companies
for any shipment over 100lbs. However, it is the natural of our
products to be heavy, large in size and irregular in shape. Therefore,
the cost of shipping is high compared to other type of products.
Shipping is
high, but the service is excellent. I just wish there was a warehouse
closer to Michigan. Your prices are great and the promotional

How about some
tutorials for the do-it-yourselfer? Show how you piece it all
together (pins, cross braces, guard rail systems, etc) A knowledgeable
construction worker knows what to order. The do-it-yourselfer
may not, but does know how to use the internet and browse your
site and is willing to spend money. I think tutorials will open
the do-it-yourself market for you.

I have not yet
ordered because your site (amongst a growing number of online
vendors) requires "membership" to get to the checkout
page. I do not mind supplying contact information - but I never
PLAN on reusing a 'membership' at a given online storefront. The
easiest (and actually most appreciated) form of security\validation
of an order occured with an online computer supplier recently:
they physically CALLED me (and continued to email me) to verify
Credit card info, shipping info\status, and changes to the order...
i.e.: forcing me into a 'membership' with your site\company makes
me LESS likely to order from your online store IN THE FIRST PLACE,
rather than more likely to revisit in the future. Price, Quality,
and Customer service (pretty much in that order) govern my purchasing
habits - there is NO SUCH THING as loyalty anymore.
